Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We charge nothing for the site visit or the written estimate. We evaluate the scope of work, prepare detailed pricing covering materials, labor, tear-off when applicable, and project timeline, and deliver it to you in writing — all at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.
How quickly can you schedule a site visit?
In most cases we can schedule a site visit within two to four business days of your request. During peak storm season in central Iowa, lead times can run a bit longer, but we will give you a realistic timeframe when we call to confirm the appointment.
What exterior work do you provide estimates for?
We provide written estimates for roof replacement, siding installation, vinyl window and door replacement, gutter installation and repair, and deck construction. If your project involves multiple exterior trades, we can often scope and price the full package in a single visit.
Do I need to be home for the site visit?
For roof and gutter work we can often complete the exterior measurement without you present, though we prefer to have someone available to discuss what you are seeing and answer questions. For siding, windows, and doors we strongly recommend you be there so we can take accurate measurements and discuss material choices.
